Política de reembolso

All sales are final. We do not issue returns or refunds, if there are any issues with your order, contact us and we will either issue a refund (not including shipping costs) or send a replacement free of charge.

Examples of Issues - Untracked postage + Domestically tracked mail - 

  1. If your order is incomplete - ex. missing item(s), incorrect items etc.
  2. Your order contains a faulty product - ex. loose clasp etc.
  3. Not satisfied with your order - contact with 14 days of receiving your order

International tracked mail -

In cases where a handmade item (no letter mail items) may have broken or not have been up to expectation within 14 days of receiving said item; partial refunds (shipping will not be refunded) are available, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged in transit -

Once an order is dropped off at the post office or courier, any damage sustained during transit unfortunately out of my control.
