Where is my order? : See Lost Mail

I enter the wrong address, can I change it? : See Address Change

Can I cancel my order? : Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Are fees and duties included? : International customers please note that there is a possibility that fees may be added to your order after it has been shipped and must be paid for final delivery. These fees are paid to your mail courier (USPS,DHL etc.), not to us. You will be notified by the courier via tracking site if there are any additional fees added to your order. 

What are your contact hours? : The following are our contact hours, feel fee to contact us at any time and we will respond as soon as we can! 

Monday-Tuesday: 9am-5:15pm PST

Wednesday: Out of office

Thursday-Saturday: 9am-5:15pm

Sunday: Out of office
