Return & Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not issue returns or refunds, if there are any issues with your order, contact us and we will either issue a refund (not including shipping costs) or send a replacement free of charge.

Examples of Issues - Untracked postage + Domestically tracked mail -

If your order is incomplete - ex. missing item(s), incorrect items etc.
Your order contains a faulty product - ex. loose clasp etc.
Not satisfied with your order - contact with 14 days of receiving your order

International tracked mail -

In cases where a handmade item (no letter mail items) may have broken or not have been up to expectation within 14 days of receiving said item; partial refunds (shipping will not be refunded) are available, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged in transit -

Once an order is dropped off at the post office or courier, any damage sustained during transit unfortunately out of my control.

All items are handmade please allow 1-5 days for order to be shipped out, thank you!

Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times may vary depending on country or region, most packages/letters arrive within 3-28 days. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays or weather.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped, First Class Letter Mail is untracked and will not have a tracking number. Allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update.
